It's how people gathered and

gave thanks 3,000 years ago.

This immersive dining experience is a collaboration between

Amy Beilin of lolodining and archaeologist

and multi-media artist, Amanda Bauer.

Amanda shares stories and ideas from her excavations.

Amy cooks dishes using ingredients that were eaten

in 1200BCE - and amazingly - still available today.

Together we eat and drink,

debating life, identity and change.

All Amy's dishes are served on Amanda's beautiful ceramics. This is a truly special experience and everyone is invited!

Archaeology

Amanda Bauer is an American-Israeli archaeologist and multi-media artist. Working under the artistic signature “Goddess of the City” (Elat Ha’ir), her approach bridges ancient iconography and modern expression, as seen across her hand-poked tattoos and emerging ceramic collections.

Amanda's art revives motifs from Canaan and early Israel (ca. 1550-1000 BCE), drawing inspiration from her personal research as an archaeologist. Through fusion of ancient imagery, she reinterprets the past with a contemporary vision.

Feasting with Amanda is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. She is wildly talented and the marzaech is an ideal canvas to showcase her knowledge and commitment to the ancient world!
